Sugar Mill sanitation compounds:
SPC 101, 102 are carbamate and quats based very effective microbiocides specially formulated to:

Prevent bacterial growth
Arrest sugar inversion
Improve sugar recovery.

Evaporator Anti Scalants: SPC 106 is a multi-component liquid chemical specially formulated to inhibit scale formation in sugar cane juice evaporator and vacuum pans.
SPC 106 also:

Improves heat transfer by keeping the heat transfer surface clean and free of deposition.
Reduces scale formation by keeping calcium and magnesium salts as water soluble complexes, so they do not precipitate to form scales of carbonates, oxalates, sulphates and phosphates.
Increase production of sugar by improving heat transfer, reducing frequency of shutdowns and downtime.

Pan Viscosity Reducer: SPC 108, 110 are the viscosity reducer petrochemical and Polymer based respectively. They are effective to reduce the viscosity of massecuites and sugar syrup.
SPC 108 and 110:

Reduces the viscosity to about more than 30 % of the massecuites so that make it easy to transfer from pan to crystallizer.
Reduces ash contents and lubricants crystals effectively.
Shortens boiling time thereby improves sugar recovery.

Flocculants SPC 115 is a highly effective coagulant for separation of suspended solids in sugar juice. This product is used in the sugar juice clarifier and for sugar mud filtration. It offers:

Efficient clarification
Reduces mud volume thereby easing mud handling, filtration and disposal problems.

Acid Corrosion inhibitor: SPC 120 is very efficient acid corrosion inhibitor can replace rhodine 213.

SPC 101	It is effective organosulphur based mill sanitation compound used to control sucrose inversion.
SPC 102	It is quats based mill sanitation compound to be used at low dosage to restrict bacterial infection.
SPC 104	It extracts maximum juice from the bagasse during cane crushing.(Bagasse Pol Reducer).
SPC 106	It is very effective scale inhibitor to be used in evaporators and sugar boiling (antiscalent)
SPC 108	It is nonionic surfactant based viscosity reducer for good crystal formation.
SPC 110	It is low foam nonionic surfactant based viscosity reducer to be used at low dosage for best sugar crystal formation.
SPC 111	It is very effective spray pond pH booster for maintaining the condition of the water.
SPC 113	It is very effective scale softener to be used during alkali washing of the evaporators and boilers.
SPC 114	It is organic polymer based flocculant for improving colours in the final sugar product.
SPC 115	It is very effective polymer for flocculation aid used in clarifier(mud settling agent).
SPC 118	It is a clinkering agent for bagasse boilers. It reduces the corrosion effect in boilers and helps in maximizing combustion in fuels.
