Oil additives are used to modify the behaviour of the crude for
they are needed to improve the flow characteristics, enabling easy
handling. We manufacture range of corrosion inhibitors, spotting
fluids, bactericides, scale inhibitors, defoamers, demulsifiers,
polyelectrolytes etc. these chemicals functions efficiently when
applied, this avoids operational problems and ensures smooth functioning.
Action & Benefits:
- Scale Inhibitor Efficient scale inhibitor for calcium, strontium
and barium salts, they are added in ppm dosage to prevent the
scale. The product is compatible with other ingredients.
- Corrosion Inhibitors We manufacture corrosion inhibitors range:
- Water injection corrosion inhibitor: It works even in salt water
added in ppm dosage give better corrosion protection on N-80,
J-55 steel and other steels.
- Oil-pipe line corrosion inhibitor: It is used to prevent the
corrosion in the crude oil carrying pipeline with high efficiency.
- Acid corrosion inhibitor: In the oil-field, it requires to add
acid for cleaning purpose but the temperature is about 120 Deg
C or more hence to protect the pipe lines our acid corrosion inhibitor
is added which prevents not only corrosion but also pitting at
high temperature.
- Gas and oil corrosion inhibitor: During the operation of drilling
there are generation of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide and
other acidic gases. Our corrosion inhibitor for gas and oil prevents
such corrosion.
- Spotting fluids: We manufacture both type weighted and non-weighted
spotting fluid as it helps to release the drilling pipe during
the operation.
- Bactericides: There are two types of bactericides namely aldehyde
and amine based we are manufacturing both are broad spectrum microbiocides
for controlling aerobic and sulphates reducing bacteria in water
injection systems.
- Our product range also includes demulsifiers, surfactants, deoilers,
defoamers, drilling mud detergents etc that are used at various
stages of crude oil extraction and processing.
